Service is anything that is conducted in the service department. It could be the tire installation, an oil change, installing new brakes pads, literally anything! As long as there is a line item on your invoice that clearly shows a serviceable item, it counts! If the installation is included with the price, make sure mount and balance is shown somewhere on the invoice.
If you qualify for multiple rebates, we would recommend selecting the one with the highest rebate value. In a scenario where there are two rebates with an equal rebate value being recommended, choose the one with the "type" of rebate you would prefer. These situations usually come down to a choose between receiving rebates in the form of a MasterCard or a Harley-Davidson gift card - whichever option would make you smile!
In short, nope. A qualifying tire purchase can only have ONE rebate applied to it as per the rebate program terms - they cannot be combined for additional rebates, so please pick the rebate with the highest value from the list above (if multiple rebates apply).
If two rebates are found that have the same amount, look at the “Type” value. This is how you will be paid, so really it’s whichever method you’d prefer. The most common scenario would be if you qualify for both a Dunlop Pro Dealer AND a Harley rebate - there’s really no wrong answer!
Note - unreadable, blurry invoices will automatically be denied. If you’ve confirmed your invoice has everything we’ve listed, go ahead and send us your invoice to complete your online rebate submission!
